Description / Outline
The development of high-performance alloys combines thermodynamic calculations with the experimental approach. Current research effort of the High Performance Alloys group are focused around the following materials systems:
- Ni-based Superalloys
- Iron-Aluminides and Ferritic Superalloys
- Titanium-Aluminides
- Multi-Principle-Element Alloys
- High Entropy Alloys
- Shape-Memory Alloys
