Abstract

In this paper, we analyze structural connectivity matrices obtained from data of the study,1 specifically addressing network controllability and robustness with respect to overall survival data in glioblastoma patients. We determine both driver and critical nodes of these graphs which are critical for network disintegration and associated with poor overall survival and determine the differences in these two important groups related to overall survival.
