Abstract

We demonstrate experimentally on-chip-integrated spontaneous parametric downconversion spectroscopy by generating biphotons in a LiNbO<inf>3</inf> waveguide and using signal photon detection in the NIR to study the dynamics of idler photons in the MIR.
