Abstract

Individual nitrogen vacancy centers in diamond are versatile sensors for magnetic fields and optical near fields. We summarize our research on manufacturing diamond scanning probes for high spatial resolution imaging. We optimize photonic properties of the scanning probes, test different surface treatments and routes towards upscaling of scanning probe fabrication.
