High-throughput (HT) workflows provide an attractive platform to accelerate the discovery and development of novel multicomponent (photo)electrocatalyst materials. In this forum, we outline the major challenges of modern HT workflows from the perspective of (photo)electrocatalysis along with discussing possible mitigation strategies and future research directions.
