Abstract

PURPOSE. The large-conductance calcium-activated potassium channel K(Ca)1.1 (BKCa, maxi-K) influences aqueous humor outflow facility, but the contribution of auxiliary beta-subunits to K(Ca)1.1 activity in the outflow pathway is unknown.
