Abstract

This paper presents a novel even order intermodulation distortion cancellation scheme based on adaptive digital calibration of the RF downconversion mixer. The system, designed for an on-chip implementation, utilizes a low-complexity LMS-based equalizer. Behavioral and circuit level simulations indicate the feasibility of the approach.
