The ePortfolio System to be developed is a three-in-one factotum, a multipurpose device encompassing the following functionalities: the Students' Record of Study, the ePortfolio, and the Learning Diary altogether. The application InteLeC ePortfolio System of the web-based and user-adaptive learning environment tries to integrate ePortfolio to studies. It might evendevelop into a massive learning and professional identity device meant to support professional development and lifelong learning. It aims at supporting explicit learning by providing interaction, construction and reflection opportunities. This functionality is an integrative part of the Integrated eLearning Campus (InteLeC), a user friendly and accessible interface provided to the students which is presently being developed at the University of Passau. The Project was launched in May 2005. It is work in progress. The teacher education will be the first realisation.
