Abstract

Getting the message across: Insight into electronic coupling beween electron donors and acceptors connected by molecular bridges (see example) has been achieved by measuring the magnitude of the spin-spin exchange interactions. A kinetic analysis of the magnetic field effects showed that charge transfer in highly π-conjugated bridges is a function of the spin-selective charge-recombination pathways. © 2010 WILEY-VCH Verlag GmbH & Co.
