Abstract

This article describes the methodology for, and results obtained from, our contribution to the thermalcavity benchmark test. Our solutions were obtained on graded rectangular grids for two different time-discretization schemes by applying a finite-element procedure to the model equations, and a combination of conjugate-gradient and GMRES solvers to the resulting matrix systems.
