Description

This dataset comprises a comprehensive collection of source materials related to the German underground and alternative culture scene between the late 1960s and the 1990s. It includes all issues of the journal *Ulcus Molle Info* (1969–1990) from the Archive for Alternative Culture at Humboldt University of Berlin. In addition, the dataset contains digitized versions of underground publications referenced in the dissertation, originally published between 1973 and 1999. The collection further includes an audio recording of an interview with Wolfgang Rüger, an email correspondence from Udo Breger, and all images reproduced and analyzed in the dissertation. Moreover, the dataset contains selected excerpts from the publication *Interzone/Transit 99* (ed. Jack Kerouac Institute, Frankfurt am Main). Together, these materials document networks, media practices, and cultural production within German-speaking countercultural and underground literary scenes of the late twentieth century.
