Description

This Data Set contains the results of the paper ``The Chorioallantoic Membrane Model: An in vivo Testbed for Design and Analysis of Molecular Communication Systems''. It includes all the data related to the 69 different measurements and their corresponding estimations. The file ``CAM_Data.mat" contains all data in a single variable of table type named ``MetaData''. The ``MetaData'' table contains, egg numbers, ROI numbers, estimated set of parameters by the kernel using a single wrapped normal distribution, estimated set of parameters by the kernel using two wrapped normal distributions, day of the embryonic development, injection duration, measured normalized fluorescence intensity, time vector, estimated molecule distribution using single wrapped normal distribution, estimated molecule distribution using two wrapped normal distributions, image of the CAM demonstrating the injection point and the region of interest, injection distance, RMSE of estimator using single wrapped normal distribution, and RMSE of estimator using two wrapped normal distribution.
